You must be 18 or older, or 21 or older where your state or the site requires it, to gamble. Gambling involves real risk of loss. If it stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Top Crypto Casinos is an independent comparison site for US players who want to gamble with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. We research offshore crypto casinos, compare them on the things crypto players care about, and explain the trade-offs plainly. This page covers who we write for, how rankings work, how we make money and what we can't tell you.

Disclosure: how we earn money

We may earn a commission if you sign up with a casino through links on this site. That relationship does not decide rankings, and commission cannot buy a higher position. It does mean we have a commercial interest, so read our reviews with that in mind and compare options yourself. Our Terms and Conditions set out how the site may be used.

What this site is for

Most of our readers fall into a few groups:

  • Crypto-native players who already use wallets and want to compare supported coins, withdrawal speed and provably fair games.
  • Players with limited local options, often in states with no regulated online casinos, who also need help with the crypto side.
  • Privacy and speed seekers who want light verification and quick cash-outs.
  • Bonus-hunters and switchers comparing deposit matches, cashback and rakeback.

We assume you know how blackjack, slots and crash games work. Our focus is the crypto-specific layer: coins, network fees, confirmation times, licensing and how anonymous a site really is.

The legal position, stated plainly

There is no federal legalization of online casinos in the US. Regulated online casino gaming exists only in a handful of states, such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those licensed operators don't run on crypto.

The crypto casinos we cover are offshore. They hold licenses from places like Curaçao or Anjouan, not from any US regulator, and they operate in a legal grey area for US players. Some sites block certain states, and the list differs by operator. Check your own state's laws and each site's terms before registering. We don't recommend using false details or workarounds to get past a restriction, a geoblock or identity checks, and doing so can breach a site's terms and put your balance at risk.

Offshore sites may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators. US residents may also owe tax on gambling winnings and on crypto gains. This is general information, not advice, so consult a qualified tax professional.

How we assess casinos

We have not published any hands-on testing results. Our ratings come from desk research and review of each operator's published information, checked as of Oct 1, 2026. We never claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn on your behalf.

FactorWhat we look at
Coins and paymentsBitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC; on-chain deposits and withdrawals; network fees
Payout termsAdvertised withdrawal speed and limits, treated as claims rather than verified results
PrivacyStated identity verification rules, and whether a site reserves the right to ask for documents
LicensingThe license a site says it holds and the issuing jurisdiction, with caution where we can't confirm it
GamesSlots, live dealer, table games, crash, dice, plinko and in-house originals; provably fair or certified RNG
BonusesMatch, cashback and rakeback offers, with wagering, time limits and eligibility
Safety and supportTwo-factor authentication, support channels, responsible gambling tools

Our editorial ratings, such as BetPanda's 10.0, are our own scores. They are not customer-review scores.

What "anonymous" really means

Crypto is pseudonymous, not invisible. Blockchain transactions are public, and exchanges you withdraw from or deposit to usually hold your identity. A "no KYC" casino may still ask for verification before a large withdrawal or if it suspects a rule breach. Anonymity is not a way to hide income, avoid taxes or move illicit funds, and we don't present it as one.

The casinos we feature

These are the operators in our current ranking. Advertised offers can change, and every bonus carries wagering requirements, expiry periods and eligibility rules that you should read before depositing.

BetPanda

Ranked first, with a 10% weekly cashback offer. We lead with it because a cashback structure is easier to understand than a large match bonus. Limitation: cashback returns only a small share of losses, and its terms, such as eligible games and caps, vary, so confirm them on the site.

CoinCasino

Its 200% deposit bonus up to $30,000 is among the largest advertised on our list. Limitation: bigger matches usually come with heavier wagering requirements, and a large bonus can encourage deposits bigger than you intended. Check the playthrough terms first.

Cryptorino

It pairs a 100% match up to 1 BTC with 10% weekly cashback, which suits players who want both a welcome offer and ongoing returns. Limitation: the match is denominated in BTC, so its dollar value moves with the Bitcoin price, and wagering conditions apply.

Blockbet, BC Game, Winna, Thrill, Hyperlucky, Cybet and Wild.io complete the list. Their offers range from deposit matches and free spins to rakeback and daily cashback, and each has conditions attached.

Risks we won't skip

  • You can lose money. No bonus, strategy or coin removes that risk.
  • Crypto prices swing. A balance in BTC or ETH can fall in dollar terms mid-session. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC reduce that, though they carry their own risks.
  • Transactions are hard to reverse. A wrong address or network can mean lost funds, and fees and confirmation times vary.
  • Limited recourse. Offshore operators are outside US regulators' reach, so dispute options are limited.

Only play with money you can afford to lose, set limits, and never chase losses. Our Responsible Gambling page lists tools and support. In the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-GAMBLER.

Questions, corrections and next steps

If you spot outdated information, tell us through the Contact Us page. If you're reading from the UK, we have a separate guide: non GamStop casinos, which is a different market with different rules. A sensible next step is to compare a few casinos on coins, terms and licensing, then decide whether playing offshore is right for you, in your state.
